Here is a summary of what I hope you will find on this site, from the article entitled Personal Empowerment in a Nutshell.

Personal empowerment is essentially an allowance by which you permit yourself to access and accept all of who you are while genuinely trusting yourself, not selling yourself short or putting yourself down within any part of your reality.

Your own empowerment is integral and personal to you. That is to say, your personal power is a significant aspect of who you already are.

Empowerment is a gentle movement within yourself which revolves around a simple shift in your perception. It does not involve laborious treadmill exercises to get motivated or improve or develop. This simple perceptual shift within your consciousness may more accurately be viewed as a continuous opening up to who you already are, and thus distinguished from continuously pushing yourself to become something you’re not.

In a nutshell, personal empowerment is your own personal, direct authority over your own life and person, and the present, objective ability to create what you desire in your experience within the physicality of your day-to-day waking reality.
