Create the Empowered Expression You Desire in This Moment of Time
Your personal empowerment is directly connected with recognizing and acting on the substantial differences and complex variations of time available to you within that element.
But how do you recognize and act on that spectrum?
The first thing to consider is that you already act within an environment of uncountable time variations which you present to yourself in any particular moment. Consider, for example, the amazing spectrum of time as experienced during your most stressful waking moment, in your dream state, within meditation or during intense emotional experiences such as anger or joy.
The experience of time in each of these situations is undoubtedly quite different. The point being that you are already aware of the complex variations of time available to you as evidenced by the differences you generate. However, it is unlikely that you are objectively aware of that spectrum during a particular, separated experience.
Thus, the dynamic at hand is not about delineating or characterizing that spectrum within the dimensional experience of time. Rather, it has to do with noticing those variations of time which you actually generate and offer yourself within any particular moment.
An effective way to do that within your waking reality is to turn your attention to what you are actually doing within a particular experience at a particular moment in time. Focusing on what you are actually doing generates a perceptual awareness which is somewhat broader than the unscrutinized experience itself. This, in turn, allow you to become more objectively aware of the variations in time which you are presenting to yourself, but which otherwise may not be acknowledged within your consciousness.
This simple yet reflective dynamic allows you to effortlessly create the empowered expression which you actually desire in that precise moment of time.
