Your own empowerment is integral and personal to you. That is to say, your personal power is a significant aspect of who you already are. It is not something that is separate or apart from you which you need to obtain, control or measure. Your own internal, personal power is not determined by how much influence or control you wield over your environment or over others.

In a highly personal sense, it is permission that you give yourself to consciously (in your normal waking state of consciousness) tap into more of you and your own energy. By so doing, you can then easily recognize the choices which are at hand and permit yourself to act on those choices in the here and now.

This is a perceptual action by which you create and accomplish what it is you desire to create and accomplish. It is an internal movement toward access and acceptance of all you, not just acceptance of those aspects or portions which others allow you to express. It is as natural as natural can be.

Empowerment is a gentle movement within yourself which revolves around a simple shift in your perception. It does not involve laborious treadmill exercises to get motivated or improve or develop. This simple perceptual shift within your consciousness may more accurately be viewed as a continuous opening up to who you already are, and thus distinguished from continuously pushing yourself to become something you’re not.

In a nutshell, personal empowerment is your own personal, direct authority over your own life and person, and the present, objective ability to create what you desire in your experience within the physicality of your day-to-day waking reality.
